Transfering data from old phone
Old phone will not open up due to defective screen and I tunes can't reconize it because it is locked. I can not open to use pass code? How can I transfer data to new phone

Get the screen fixed.
Thats why you backup to itunes or icloud on a regular basis not in time of crisis.
