I use my personal cell phone for work as well. In my contact card it lists my work email and address as well as my personal email and address. Is there a way to share my contact info with somebody without sending the personal info?

No.
It's risky to mix work and personal use of a cellular telephone. After all, your employer owns things like your work email.
The way to solve your issue, though, is to create a new contact for yourself that only has work related information, and share that when appropriate.
