Activation lock on old iPad

I have an old iPad and I need to access it but the Apple ID I used when I set it up no longer exists ie. the email address doesn't exist. Is there any way I can unlock it please?

Activation lock on my old ipad. My old ipad has the activation lock on it and i cant remember the email/ id that i used when i was younger and in a different country. I might know the password but i tried everything for the possible id and nothing seems to work. How can activate it again?( I dont mind losing all the content on it )

It doesn’t matter if the email is active or not. Once setup, the email address still serves as the userID part of your AppleID. So that AppleID will still work if you know the password.
