Can one Apple ID be in two family accounts?

My daughter is married with children and they have their own Apple Family Account, but I'd like to also—not instead—add her to the Family Account I share with my wife and son. Doable?

If you are asking about Family Sharing, she can only be in one Family at a time. If that isn't what you mean by Apple Family Account, what kind of account is it?
