How do I change my move goal on the Apple Watch 3?

When I go onto the Activity app on my watch, there is nothing that either suggests which button to press to change my move goal or when I press down, nothing changes on the screen?

Have you tried to push harder when you have rings on the screen? There is an option to change goal. You can only change goal for "Move".

How to change your daily Move goal.

Open the Activity app.
Firmly press the display.
Tap Change Move Goal.
Tap + or − to update your goal.
