iTunes charge of 4.99

My bank account has been charged $4.99 from iTunes on 4/22/2019, why?

I have canceled my membership about 2 months ago? My wife has a membership but hers is for $9.99 her ID is “****” I don’t think the charge for $4.99 came from her account though.
