the email id what i have used for my apple id is no longer available on gmail

so i want to change both my email id, apple id and password

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
