apple music subscription

i was charged this month on 4/20 and 4/28 for $10.66 from my debit card for apple music then for some reason, paypal charged me the same thing. this happened last month too making this an over charge of $31.98. who can i contact about this problem? i’ve already cancelled my subscription. do i get a refund?

If you were overcharged in error by Apple you should have no problem getting a refund. Contact Support:
