Why do I have to reconnect to my WiFi every time I use my IPad?

With so many different routers out there, this is not an easy question to answer. See if anything in this link helps: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support


At a minimum, I would reboot your iPad, by pressing and holding BOTH the power an home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go and your iPad will reboot.


Other simple steps would be to reboot your router, usually accomplished by turning it off for 30 seconds, then turning it back on.


Also a simple test would be to use the iPad someplace other than where you're having this issue. Like go to Starbucks or a friends house and use their Wifi. If the issue persists, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
