M4 iPad Pro audio not captured via USB-C

When I connect my M4 iPad Pro 13" via USB-C to my M1 Max MacBook Pro to capture both its audio and video with Screenflow, a recording application for the Mac, though the iPad's screen is available as a source, the iPad's microphone/audio is not. However, with the iPhone, the application can see both the iPhone screen and capture audio via the iPhone's microphone.

When I open QuickTime Player, it's the same situation: both video and audio can be found as device optionsfor the iPhone, it's only video for the iPad. I don't tink it's a ScreenFlwo issue.
