iPhone 11 automatic photo sync to OneDrive via PC stopped

I'm pretty sure this is always the way it has worked, but it no longer does. Here is what I need to do: Whenever I plug my iPhone (11) into the usb port on my PC, I want all the photos (new photos since the last time I synched) to sync to the Pictures folder on my OneDrive (I believe it put them in a subfolder called Camera Roll). This folder has always been organized by year then month from when the photos were taken.

This happened automatically every time I plugged the iPhone in. Why did this stop working and how do I get this functionality back? I don't want anything saved on my local hard drive - Just OneDrive. I believe I also had the option to have the photos deleted from my iPhone once they were saved to OneDrive. I want all of these features back. Please help.

iPhone 11, iOS 18
