Time Machine couldn't complete the backup: VUIndex.sqlite could not be backed up

Time-Machine backups were working for a for weeks with my new external drive. But now I am seeing this error:

Time Machine couldn't complete the backup to "Time Machine "

"/Users/myUserName/Pictures/PhotosLibrary.photoslibrary/private/com.apple.mediaanalysisd/caches/vision/VUIndex.sqlite" could not be backed up

My computer is: Mac Mini M1 chip

iOS is: Sequoia 15.6.1

Any ideas on how to fix this is appreciated.
