I can't download Xcode 13.1 on my Mac.
if I try to download it then it cancelled automatically I am soo sad about it.

You are probably already aware that XCode 13.1 is rather outdated, but if you "purchased" it in the past it should still be available for download. Are you looking in the right place for that?

Xcode 13.1, 13,2, or 13.2.1 all require macOS Big Sur 11.3 or later. Xcode 13.3 requires macOS Monterey or later.
You can get any of these preceding Big Sur compatible versions as direct downloads from the following if you have a free or paid developer account. It will go to your Downloads folder where you double-click it to uncompress and then simply move the Xcode app into your Applications folder.
