iCloud Photos: Folder structure changes on Windows PC

Hello everyone, I know that BEFORE icloud photos is enabled and synced, a photo or video taken is placed inside the DCIM/10XAPPLE folder on windows PC. But, what folder is a photo or video placed in after icloud photos in enabled and fully synced? is the folder structure different ? and will the folder structure change if icloud photos is turned on or off ?

I currently have an iphone 6, iphone 13 mini and a brand new iphone 17 pro (that I haven't opened yet)
