Better editor for TV App .tvlibrary playlists in Sequoia

TV Library file in Sequoia - looking for better editor than TV App

In the Movies folder is a .tvlibrary file of all your playlists. I was browsing the App Store for an editor, since the TV App in Sequoia offers no way of opening more than one window on the playlist. As a result dragging folders and playlists through the side bar for sorting is a lengthy process. Having a library editor with a more intuitive layout would be a godsend that can open that file.

I tried to download a couple, and they might recognize the file but can't open them.
