How to sync iPhone music library onto a Windows 11 PC using Apple Devices?

Hello, I recently purchased a Win 11 PC, and am trying to synch fy iPhone music library onto it. I installed 'Apple Devices', and was able to back up my phone successfully. It seems to recognize my phone and playlists in the left pane, but when I try to access my music under 'on my device' in the left pane, it keeps spinning and spinning for at least an hour. Do I need to change settings on my phone or device?

I am using iPhone 11, IOS 26.2.
