how to remove screenshot shortcut from home screen

Hello I am not sure about phrasing my question so please forgive any errors.

I have an iPhone 6se and have just got an iPhone 16e. I have transferred all my apps and data all good.

Except that I created a sort of shortcut on my old phone for taking screenshots by just tapping on the icon on the home screen - because other wise screenshots were difficult for me due to lack of dexterity.

I now want to get rid of this "shortcut" but can't find how. It doesn't come up with the - sign when holding down on the home screen like the other apps do. And it doesn't appear in the shortcut app. Any ideas anyone?

Long press on the lock screen, select Customize, tap on the left lock screen display, tap on the minus on whichever icon is the shortcut, and then tap on the + and add whatever you want to add.

Sorry, but read the response above from Zachyy, which is the correct response. They have enabled Assistive Touch on their iPhone.

thank you but that doesn't work as the minus - sign doesn't appear on the item I want to remove.

no, I don't think it is actually a shortcut as it appears even when I am in an app. See on the screenshot below it is the white circle in a black box bottom right.
