Neither eSIM nor physical SIM working ?

Hi,


My iPhone 13 suddenly stopped getting service from my physical SIM card.


So i converted it into an eSIM.

Still no service


I ordered a new SIM card. But again, no service.


If it was a hardware issue, only the physical SIM should be affected.


But neither the eSIM nor the regular SIM work correctly.


I get some service (for maybe 30 seconds) when I reboot my phone but that’s it.


Sometimes, it randomly works for a few minutes. Sometimes an hour. But eventually I always stop getting any signal.


I have no idea what to do.

I’m already on the latest iOS. I tried resetting the network settings. I tried cleaning the SIM tray, etc…

But to no avail


Has anyone experienced the same issue ? And found a solution ?
