Rings retrospectively “unclosing”

My rings are not recording data e.g. no move, no exercise minutes, no stand hours - the rings closed on the days in question because I did work outs and the actual bars for each stat are filled in my the ring has retrospectively not closed… noticed this on 23/12, thought it would sort itself out, but it hasn’t. I have 6 days that are like this around the end of November/start of December. I have the perfect month award for November, so the rings definitely closed. Don’t know why this has happened. Really annoyed as I’ve lost my move streak 🙃
