Do you want double-spaced lines, or do you wish to split the existing line into two lines. Not clear from your ask.
If you want double-spaced text following your existing line, place your insertion point at the end of the visible text and from the Spacing section, and opposite the selector that says "Lines," double-click in the incrementor window where it shows 1 and change that to 2.
