Apple Store purchase subscription terms and renewal nowhere to be found for specific app

I have a subscription renewal email but the subscription is not on my list of active subscriptions. Yes it is an app I purchased but then decided it was not the app I wanted (for reference it has an icon similar to Spotify but is not Spotify and does not work on Apple. Watch). So I deleted the app and then went to look for the subscription on my iPhone - there was none. I looked on my MacBook Pro - no subscription. But I have received a Tax Invoice. How would I go about ensuring this subscription is not going to renew automatically in a year's time?

I am attaching a few screenshots of what I see. Maybe this app is a once-off purchase and not a subscription.

You are correct, it is not a subscription. In your email, it says “Upgrade Pro Version,” and below that, “In-App Purchase.” In other words, you made a one-time payment to unlock some kind of “pro” functionality within the app.

Since you deleted the app and it wasn’t to your liking, you can request a refund at the website you went to in your screenshot (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) if you’d like. No guarantees it would be approved, but worth a try if you are inclined.
