The cracking-leap sound problem with Airpods Pro 3's

I had this problem with airpods pro 3's. i just get them when they first launched but there is a slight issue with them. When i connect them to my mac M3 Pro it kinda makes a crakling sound when listening to any media. its kinda annoying because this happens like every 3 to 5 seconds and makes a cracking, static sound and makes the sound leap-skip like. im currently using macos 26.2 and airpods firmware 3B30. also i dont have this issue this frequent with my iphone its also ios 26.2. i contacted the support and got both earpods replaced but this problem still happens.
