Hello, I have just bought new AirPods 4. I only have a Mac as apple device (I have and Android phone), and despite I easily connected them to my Macbook Air, they didn't register to my Apple ID. I'd like to register them so that I can use Find My. Is is possible just from a Mac?

As long as your MacBook Air is logged into your Apple Account in Settings, then pairing to AirPods should automatically add them to device list of your account. If it did not, I recommend:
Reset AirPods to factory defaults:
Restart, unpair, or reset your AirPods - Apple Support
Then repair them with the MacBook Air:
Pair AirPods with an Apple device - Apple Support
Then rename them so they are recognizable in your iCloud devices list:
Rename your AirPods - Apple Support
Thank you, I tried to reset and repair, but nothing changed. As for the first time, AirPods were automatically called with "My name + AirPods", but that's it, they were not added to my devices, and do not appear in my Find My.
I wonder if the first initialization can only be done via iPhone.
