I want Table 1 - 3C to automatically update to the bottom cell in Column A in Table 2. How do I do that?

I have a spreadsheet in numbers with multiple tables. The first table (below) as numbers that are incremented by one in column A. I want Second Table's cell 3C to ALWAYS point to the bottom row so that the number in C3 is whatever is the bottom number in Table 1 Column A. Note that each row is tied to a new day. So each day I add a new row to Table A and I want Table 2 - 3C to automatically update to that new bottom number in Table 1. How do I do that?
