Podcast file location for Mac OS Tahoe

Hello all,

I can't seem to find the download location for the podcasts which I downloaded on the podcast app for Mac OS Tahoe 26.1. I tried following the advice from google and previous forum topics, but the files are nowhere to be seen. ~/Library/Group Containers/243LU875E5.groups.com.apple.podcasts/Library/Cache is what's been listed online, but there's no such location on my computer.

I've looked in Library, widget library, podcast, etc. and nothing comes up. I can find my music files, my movie files, and all other files, but there's no option I can find to find the files for the podcasts I listen to.
