How to dispute unauthorized charges on my Apple Card?

My credit card is a mess and I have received NO help from your support department. In fact, I purchased a credit pack for a dating site ($49.99) the other day and never got the credits. I was advised to cancel the transaction immediately which was 2 hours later. You did NOT give me my money back (even with appeal). How can you charge for something I never received ??? Then I checked my whole bill. There are 3 other $49.99 charges that I never received credits for. I protested everything and got nothing. I finally contacted Goldman Sachs and they are working on it. FYI, I will not pay any of this. I will go over my account carefully and pay only what I know I received. There are others besides the $49.99 charges. Do not even dare to charge me interest. This is one dishonest billing company and needs to be fixed. I refuse to pay for charges I do not owe.

Remember that Apple does not participate on this forum except to moderate. Only other users like you will read this and there is absolutely nothing we can do. You will have to work with Apple or your credit card issuer. Note that if you cancel a payment through your card and do not resolve the issue with Apple, you may find your account is prevented from making additional purchases or downloading anything until it is resolved cleanly.

If you cannot resolve the problem here's how to request an app or media refund from Apple (From: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support - see the article for more detail.)

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

If you still have problems, click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. Select a chat or telephone call method to speak with somebody who is actually at Apple.
