Can't Remove Notification or Delete Fitness app from tvOS

The Fitness app on my Apple TV has a notification badge that won't go away. It's not connected to any part of the app itself, I'm not signed up, or in, to Apple Fitness anywhere. I was able to delete the app from my phone but apparently it can't be deleted in tvOS?

I have ADHD and that bright red dot is activating to the point that my night has gone completely off the rails. Instead of concentrating on eating dinner and relaxing after putting my sick toddler to bed I've spent the last hour going down a rabbit hole looking up ways to try and delete, disable or deactivate whatever is causing this.

Updating my tvOS made the notification to disappear from the home screen, but it's still on the app if I go into the dumping ground folder of tvOS apps I'll never use.

Please just give us feature parity for deleting apps across every platform.

Manually adding model and tvOS version because I have two they have the same name.
