Android phone iTunes user: how to get uniform volume on self-created playlists comprised of songs originally composed with differing volumes?

The rudimentary volume adjust in iTunes is stored and works only within iTunes and iTunes (the Windows programme) does not work with Android devices anyway. To create a consistent volume across all songs in a playlist you would actually need to adjust every song in your library as well as adjusting any additions made after that work. It's a big task and requires a third-party app (or programme).
Stepping back a bit, I don't know what you're using since there is (as far as I know) no "iTunes for Android", but since you are using an Android device there is no need for your to use iTunes at all.
