Cannot define custom reminder interval

I cannot set a custom reminder interval.

Before the latest iOS update, when you select custom, you were able to pick the interval type (ie daily, weekly, monthly) then the interval length. So you could, for example, setup something to recur every 4 months.

Now, when I select custom, nothing happens - there is no way to select an interval. Custom is checked, but I didn't get a screen to define the interval.

Is this an iOS bug or is there some other action needed to fix this.
