Apple Account passcode issue after factory reset and backup restore
I phone reset at Apple Store to factory settings.
I tried to reinstall from a backup from account .
I was then asked to create a new passcode, which I did.
I was then asked for the old passcode. I entered it however I was told that it was not recognized.
I don’t know why that happened but then it asked for the passcode of my IPAD which I entered and it was excepted.
my iPad isn’t associated with the account.
it seems as if the password app doesn’t work.
But I could login to post this question
