How to fix 'This item is not currently available in your country or region' error when downloading music?

How to download music?

Tired of getting this message - this item is not currently available in your country or region when i have downloaded songs to my phone. I've updated my payment details but it still doesn't change so i can't play songs. Is there a real fix for this .They are trying to sell their music library to me again but I don't want or need it - anyone know of a real fix

Downloading from laptop to phone - tends to be cds i download but sometimes music from the Apple store and it still won't play - ridiculous
