Capital Radio not playing on Apple Music

For the past two months my HomePod alarm, that wakes me up playing Capital Radio, is not working. When i play Capital Radio from Apple Music on my iPhone, it locks Apple Music and does not play. I have to restart Apple Music so that i can play other music.

Capital Radio does play on Global Player but this is not an app that works on HomePods
