sample music files without subscribing to apple music

I'm trying to sample music files from a certain artist within Apple Music. I just want to find out if I like the music enough to buy. This used to work, but now I get a pop up saying I need to subscribe to Apple Music. I don't want that, I just want to buy a couple of files.
