Phone won’t ring for contacts not in contacts list
Since upgrading to ios26 my wife’s phone will not ring for incoming calls except for those numbers in her contacts list. My wife’s medical team and cardio team have been calling her number but the phone doesn’t alert her. If I ring her from my mobile it works perfectly and works perfectly from any other number in her contacts list. This could have had serious consequences for my wife during her period of cardiac problems.
