Acorn subscription not showing up
Acorn subscription not showing up
Last night I used my iphone to renew my subscription to Acorn tv, but it isn't showing up in my apple tv list of channels. I've signed in/out, updated the apple tv os, powered the device off/on, but still no sight of Acorn. I've received the confirmation email from apple for the subscription renewal and the channel shows as active on both my iphone and the apple tv device when I check my subscriptions. How do I get hold of apple to sort this out?
