Watching episodes of a Series prior to the current.

I have read several questions on this and following the advice also have not got an easy answer. What are we trying to hide here?

All I want to do is watch one of the three episodes of Pluribus, prior to episode 4 Season 1.

They are not listed anywhere that I can find. Only episode 4 and FOLLOWING episodes.

On the competition's site Netxxflix it is always a simple thing, all the episodes in a series are always listed so you can go back to previous episodes if you want.

What is the ever so "secret" technique to watching a previous episode? This surely has to be "selecting episodes for dummies". Isn't it? Nothing can surely be so UN INTUITIVE. Can it?
