Replacement for Mac mini keyboard
can I use a non apple keyboard with my iMac Mini? My current apple keyboard has the fingerprint button, so I'd want something similar. I spilled coffee with milk on the keyboard.

You did not describe what the problem is with the keyboard. I spilled coffee on mine which caused about 8 keys to stop working. I was able to fix it. It is fairly easy, just takes a little time - about an hour. If the whole keyboard is not functioning then, well, that is another problem entirely.
If it is the first issue, search YouTube for videos on cleaning/repairing apple keyboard keys.
