Recovering passwords from the password manager

Since March, I haven't been using my old iCloud account; for reasons beyond my control, I had to use a new one. Now I need to export passwords from Apple's password manager for that old account. But now I went to Apple's website to manage my account and saw that I don't have any saved passwords at all. Even though I regularly synced all my data with iCloud before I stopped using my old account so that I wouldn't lose anything, especially my passwords. I haven't tried logging into my old account from my main phone yet, maybe everything will "catch up." Although I'm pessimistic because after I stopped using my old account, the password manager turned into a separate app after the update. And there is a suggestion that after that, all my passwords from the old account disappeared. Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and if so, how did you solve this problem?
