I live in the US but I'm visiting Ghana. Apple asked me to verify my phone # and asked me to enter credit card details and billing address then said it couldn't verify that I'm over 18 and won't let me watch Apple TV. Help!Wa

Seems the Apple TV app can be used in Ghhana ok, and Apple accepts most credit /debit cards ok in Ghana.
