ANC on Airpods Pro 3 firmware 8B30 vs 8B25

I’ve noticed worse ANC on the AirPods Pro 3 with firmware 8B30 than with 8B25. I think the ANC on firmware 8B25 was the best Apple has ever released for the AirPods Pro. Apple, why?
