iPhone 13 apps not running after iOS 26.2 update

My iPhone 13 updated with ios26.2 does not run apps such as Outlook, ChatGPT and App Store.

I have already restarted my device but no success.

Any ideas?

Try and force restart it to see if the issues persist

quickly press and release the Volume Up button, then quickly press and release the Volume Down button, and finally, press and hold the Side Button until the Apple logo appears, then release it

Had same problem with Husband’s iPhone 16 on App Store. Did absolutely everything to correct. Managed to get hold of Apple support and had to reset phone. All working now! Hope this helps.
