How to create Memoji videos on ios 26

Hello there I am currently using iPhone 16 256gb memory and recently updated to ios 26

so after update I am not able to create Memoji videos

this was big issue for me because I am using the Memoji for Instagram influencer and I am not able to use the clips app even

where the apple shutdown clips app

i need a alternative for this
