iCloud data is not syncing
My end-to-end encryption data stored in iCloud cannot to used on my new device
iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26

Turn OFF Advanced Data Protection temporarily, then turn it back ON
This forces Apple to rebuild your encryption keys and reauthorize the new device.
On any device already receiving your iCloud data (old iPhone, Mac, or iPad):
Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Advanced Data Protection → OFF
You will receive a warning — this is safe and temporary.
Wait 3–5 minutes
Then re-enable:
Advanced Data Protection → ON
Your new iPhone will now be prompted to rejoin the trust circle.
This is the most reliable fix.
