How do I restore and sort randomized past boarding cards in Apple Wallet on iOS 26?

Since upgrading to iOS 26 my Apple Wallet has become ridiculous. Previously it was a valuable resource, faithfully memorising all sorts of past events (mainly boarding cards). I had an archive there spanning many years.

Now, all "past" boarding cards have disappeared. They can, in theory, be restored by looking at "expired" boarding cards. BUT they are presented in completely random order with no option to sort them (and therefore no way of knowing if they are all there).

Of course I have many hundreds of them and the randomness looks somehow deliberate -- i can't believe it's natural.

In iOS 26, Apple Wallet moved all boarding cards into the “Expired Passes” section and the upgrade process broke their chronological sorting. iOS 26 currently shows past passes in random order and offers no way to sort or filter them. You can restore them one by one or archive them manually, but sorting is not available.
