Apple Mail Spam (All) folder not syncing across devices

iPhone SE 2023, iOS26

macBook Pro M1, macOS26

I have several mail accounts setup in Apple Mail for iOS26 and the same accounts also in Apple Mail for macOS 26. In both Apple Mail apps I have the folder „Spam (All)“. Despite they are existing and visible in the accounts and show some existing spam-mails but some accounts wont show up in the „Spam (All)“.

iOS shows always less numbers then macOS.

How to fix that?

Mail other than iCloud Mail is not synced through iCloud, but rather through the email server your email addresses reside on.

The Mail.app that is on a Mac differs from the Mail.app on a iPhone and iPad and will handle (Spam) differently on all devices.
