Please provide valid tax invoices to your customers

I have a montly bill for iCloud and yearly bill for my Apple ID. I need these subscriptions for my company.

To be able to get a legal tax invoice.I had to fill in my VAT number in the address fields of my account data.

Apple sends an HTML mail, and no PDF like every other company would do. The email does not contain information about which company is sending the invoice, it doesn't contain a VAT number of the invoicer, etc. So it's actually not a correct tax invoice.

So in my bookkeeping I have regular invoice to prove my costs, Apple inc. being the only exeption, for this company I have printed emails.

This has been the way things work for easily 15 years, and I would expect Apple to innovate not only their products, but also their invoicing system. Or is it Apple's policy to provide the bare minimum? It's annoying.

Print your emails to PDF. Bottom left corner of the print window.

I don't think Apple bills anything yearly anymore, and accounts are free anyway.

As was provided by Servant of Cats, send feedback to Apple. While you use your account for business, the majority of purchasers are just everyday users who likely have no need for tax information on their bills.

You may also wish to look at Contact Apple for support with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, Apple Business Essentials, and Pro Apps - Apple Support

I do not have a business so I have never looked at those services but they may include what you want.
