How do I stop the constant notifications on all devices to finish setting up Legacy Contact?

I opened “Legacy Contact” in my Apple ID to see what it was. I did not set it up, I backed out. I am now getting constant banner notifications 2-4 times an hour on all my devices wanting me finish setting up the Legacy Contact feature. I do not want to do this. I want the notifications for this to stop, but I cannot find help for this issue anywhere. It’s driving me crazy.
