On your iPhone/iPad:

Go to Settings

Tap your name at the top

Look at the Apple ID email shown

Check if iCloud Mail is turned ON

Still in Settings → your name → iCloud:

Make sure Mail is ON (green)

If it’s off → turn it on → wait 1–2 minutes → check Mail app.

Check iCloud.com (this is VERY important)

Open a browser and go to:icloud.com → sign in → Mail

Do you see your missing emails there?

If YES: This is a phone syncing problem (you can fix that)

If NO: This means mail is going to a different iCloud account

Since You Said You “Added a New iCloud”

This is the most likely cause of the problem:

When you sign into a new Apple ID, Apple treats it like a completely new mailbox.

Your old iCloud emails do NOT automatically move to the new one.

So one of these is happening:

Your emails are still in your old iCloud and

Your phone is now connected to the new empty iCloud Or Mail is turned off for iCloud

Are you on iPhone, iPad, Mac, or all of them?

When you go to icloud.com, do you:

See your old emails?

Or is the mailbox empty?

Did you Create a brand-new Apple ID,

6. Or just add an email alias?

7. Are you getting an error message,

8. Or are emails just not arriving?

Honestly, I downloaded ChatGPT and asked him for you pretty good. AI comes through every time.
