Changing the region of my App Store
Hello,
I need assistance with changing the region of my Apple ID, and I am facing a paradoxical situation that I am unable to resolve on my own.
I left the United States about three months ago, and I must change the region of my Apple ID in order to download essential government, medical, and banking applications. However, the system will not allow me to change the region because it claims I have an active Apple Arcade subscription.
The issue is that my Apple Arcade subscription was canceled and expired on December 8, yet it still appears under my subscriptions as if it is active.
Because of this, when I try to change the region in the App Store settings, I am told to cancel my subscription — but the subscription is already canceled and expired, and I cannot remove it.
This situation makes it impossible for me to change my region, even though I have no active or ongoing subscriptions.
Please help me resolve this issue, as I am unable to use important services due to the region being locked.
