Apple Business Connect "DMARC" verification problem.

I am trying to get my "branded email" set up on Apple business connect. I am stuck on the verification phae of DMARC. I did what Apple asked but somehow it never verifies. I am not a tech person and so this is very difficult for me to navigate. I followed the right instructions and now I just want it to work. Not sure where it went wrong.
